"Luis Merced took care of a mayor issue that I just found which was that geico had canceled my policy for no reason which i have been with them for 13 years so I called them and they said I could reinstate my policy but it went up 200 dollars more. That is crazy but luis from state farm took care of me. This agency at 8560 Stirling Road Suite 102 | Davie, FL 33024 know how to listen to their customers and they value their customers. Thank you"

The experience with Alex was far better. Alex took the time to patiently explain the different coverage amounts and gave me the best quote possible for my buck!!!! "Monica was who I dealt with and she was absolutely marvelous, she helped me so much, I had new homeowners insurance that was way over the top coverage wise and price wise. She was able to get the ins company to eliminate the items that did not apply to my situation and those that were excessive for the items that would need replacing if there was a tragedy. Over the years I have reduced the jewelry and household belongings that I do not need anymore, therefore my replacement values dropped significantly so Monica was able to reduce my coverage accordingly. She stood up in my behalf and helped to create a policy that fit my actual needs. I am retired now so unnecessary expenditures are very difficult for me. Monica was so efficient, so understanding, and made such sensible modifications for me that now I am very satisfied with the end result policy and the final cost modifications. Can’t say enough about this agency and Monica."

"By far THE BEST customer service we have experienced since our move from Indiana to Florida just over a month ago. Received three quotes by other agents WITHOUT the assistance received by Yamile/State Farm - became more than obvious the other agents were more interested in making just a FEW more $$ (because at the end of the day, rates are not that far apart!??) vs. establishing a caring relationship with HUMANS! Yamile does business the old fashioned way and we look forward to a lifetime relationship with her/State Farm!"
